an item can be dispatched.

We
aim to dispatch all items
within 48 hours of purchase
and orders are normally
delivered within 14 days.
If your order is urgent,
please contact us prior
to ordering so that we
can advise you more accurately.
Please note that once
an order has been shipped,
delivery dates and times
are set by the currier
company and are beyond
our control.
Please endeavour to provide
an address where delivery
can be excepted between
the hours of Monday to
Friday, 9am to 5pm. If
delivery is attempted
and is unsuccessful, a
card will be left to notify
you of this. It is important
that you reply to this
as soon as possible to
arrange redelivery free
of charge. Should an item
be returned to us after
a failed delivery attempt,
then we will redespatched
it but may require an
additional address to
send it to.
Please note that we can
not be held responsible
for goods which have been
delivered to an inaccurate
address given to us by
you at time of purchase,
or an address which you
no longer reside at when
the goods are delivered,
if this is within 30 days
from date of purchase.

| Signing
For Your Delivery |
|
|
| Before
signing for your delivery,
please ensure that you have
received the correct number
of parcels and that the
outer packaging is in a
satisfactory condition.
If the consignment is incomplete
(i.e. you have only received
1 of 2 parcels), or the
outer packaging is significantly
damaged, then please advise
us as soon as possible.
If no signature is required,
any incomplete deliveries
or damaged goods must
be reported to us within
a reasonable time of the
goods being delivered.

Upon
receipt, please examine
the contents of each package
to ensure that everything
is correct and that they
have been received in
a satisfactory condition.
In the unlikely event
that a component is missing
or damaged, please contact
us via email as soon as
possible so that we may
resolve the issue.
Where applicable, we
will offer to replace
or repair the product,
or alternatively provide
a full refund including
original postage costs,
depending on the length
of time since the goods
were recived and providing
that in both cases the
goods are sent back to
us should we request that
you do so.
We would advise customers
to contact us in writing
before returning goods
so that we can provide
instruction on how this
should be done. Once received,
a credit will be issued
for the return postage
costs providing that you
have contacted us first
and that the goods returned
are found to be faulty.
Likewise, we can not
be held responsible for
accentual damage or goods
which have been damaged
due to misuse. We advise
all customers to follow
our instructions when
installing their products
and to make sure that
every care is taken to
ensure that this is done
properly.

| All
customers have the right
to cancel their order up
to seven days after receipt,
providing that we are notified
within this time frame and
that the goods are returned
to us, unused and still
within their original packaging.
Should you wish to cancel
your order please notify
us via email or by writing
to the address below so
that we can provide you
with further instruction.
Responsibility for the
return of goods shall
be bourn by you, the customer,
along with any cost that
may be involved. We would
advise any customer returning
a product to send this
recorded delivery as we
can not be held for goods
which go missing in the
post. For a fee we can
collect from most UK mainland
addresses and please contact
us for a quote should
you wish to arrange this.
Once received in a satisfactory
condition, we shall refund
the total cost of the
item including all postage
costs paid at the time
of purchase within 30
days. Please note that
we reserve the right to
refuse any return which
has been presented to
us in breech of our terms
and conditions as outlined
here. Before returning
a product to us, it is
therefore essential to
contact us first.
