How
will my order be delivered??
- All orders are dispatched directly from the
UK using our international delivery partner, FedEx.
Delivery to the US is free or is included in the
purchase price. Tracking information will be provided
once an order has left us, and delivery will be
made by your local delivery agent who will be
in touch prior to delivery.
How
long does delivery normally take?? -
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days
and delivery normally takes around 10 working
days from the time the order has left us. This
however is a guideline, and although most orders
will arrive with this timeframe, we do advise
to allow up to 28 days for delivery, to take into
account any unforeseen delays.
Will
I have to pay import tax?? - In most
cases the value of the order should be under the
import tax threshold which means that import tax
will not be charged. This however is down to the
local authority and is beyond our control. This
is normally around 20% of the value of the order.
We intern do not charge VAT on orders travelling
outside the UK.
Can
you do lengths larger than 1.5m / 60”
- We can offer lengths of up to 1.8m / 71”
however there is a surcharge of £40 for
delivery of orders over 1.5m, which is charged
by our delivery company.For
this reason, we have decided to keep our standard
length to 1.5m. Longer lengths can be provided
upon request and please get in touch prior to
placing your order.
Can
I return my order for a refund?? - Orders
can be returned for any reason within 28 days
of receipt providing that they are unused and
still within their original packaging. Should
you wish to return an item, please get in touch.
