Our Guarantee

All goods purchased from us directly are subject to our ten year manufactures warranty and we guarantee that your product will remain defect free for at least ten years after the date of delivery.

This covers the installation and use of the product and we will replace any component in the unlikely event that it has not arrived in a satisfactory condition, or if it is deemed to be faulty and not up to its intended purpose.

This is extended to cover the structural condition and function of the cast iron components, sash cord and wood. This does not cover misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear or cosmetic defects which have occurred after delivery.
