in our workshop in Shrewsbury, England,
our wooden plate rack is an attractive
plate storage shelf capable of holding
a wide range of tableware both large and
small.
Beautifully
constructed from sustainably sourced,
water-resistant beech wood, it can either
be mounted on the wall or positioned on
a countertop, allowing you to make an
attractive and practical display of those
otherwise hidden away plates, cups, and
saucers. Its unique design means that
it also doubles up as a shelf and can
be used to store a full range of kitchen
items.
Made
to measure, it can slot neatly into an
alcove, between cupboards or used to complete
a well-designed kitchen work area, adding
a touch of decorative flair and interest
to your kitchen.
The
plate shelf can hold plates of up to 20cm
in diameter (top shelf) and up to 30cm
in diameter (bottom shelf). These are
held in place with 12mm integrated dowels,
spaced 1.5cm apart.
The
plate shelf is available in 5 different
widths to suit any space. We also offer
bespoke sizes meaning that the plate shelf
can be custom made to fit any location,
making good use of otherwise unused space.
Optional
Extras
When
placing your order there is an option
to add a peg rail, priced at £10.
Produced to the same width as the plate
shelf, this rail mounts on the wall underneath
the plate rack and is a practical addition,
providing extra storage for mugs and cups.
